Well here in the states that would have to be Napa Valley, St Helena, Sonoma. Nothing lovelier than sipping champagne and overlooking the valley.
I always love to visit Schramsberg Vineyard America's First House of Sparkling Wine Cellars in St. Helena. Jack and Jamie Davies discovered the Schramsberg property in 1965 which was abandoned and rundown. Their love and commitment to re-establishing Schramsberg has been met with world wide praise and recognition. Much more about Schramsberg and the Davies on my blog ChampagneGossip.com
My dears it would be sparkling-My heavens do I choose by taste or champagne cap design?
I have a line of jewelry designed with champagne caps/capsules. The caps are lovely tiny works of art that are on top of the cork and under the wire hood. Amazing the colors and designs that are on the caps, once you start to look at them, you will not toss them aside ever again.
