Meet Our Team                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 Julie Brosterman - CEO/Editor  Julie Brosterman created Women & Wine to fulfill her lifelong passion for great food and wine. Her career includes starting a strategic consulting firm that guided both start-up and established companies in the real estate and mortgage industry on the Internet.  "I found that knowing about how to order off the wine list or entertaining with wine was a clear advantage in being able to close multi-million dollar deals - especially since most of my potential clients or prospects were men. Every woman, whether in business or at home, should know about wine in the same way that they have learned about about email, excel or how to order off a menu. Women need the tools to have the confidence to make the right choice. Whether you're traveling with us or want to 'bring the experience home' by joining our wine club or buying wine, Women & Wine wants to be a trusted source for you".


A native New Yorker, Julie now calls LA her home where she resides with husband Marc Schector a key member of the Women & Wine team who manages the company's wine store Wine Valet at Two Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, CA.


Julie's expertise includes conducting seminars for women's clubs, diversity programs and organizations seeking a dynamic speaker. Her lecture, Close Any Deal Over a Glass of Wine is irreverant and funny - and educational. For details email julie@womenwine.com.


She is the Editor/Chief Strategist for the company (she wears a lot of hats!) and writes for many websites.


She is a member of the Board of Closet Couture and an advisor to the women's magazine VIV.


                                                                                                                                                                                                       Marc Schector - SVP Biz Affairs/Owner/Manager, Wine Valet at Two Rodeo Drive Marc has been married to Julie since their NYC days right after college. Graduating from USC with a J.D., Marc has been active as the business affairs and legal advisor for Julie since 1986 when he was admitted to the California Bar. Marc has had a strong track record of developing successful real estate projects and he is a licensed real estate agent and mortgage broker. He joined W&W in January 2006 and has been instrumental in making the vision a reality. You can find him most days at Wine Valet at Two Rodeo Drive.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Kathy Dragon - Experiential and Active Travel Guru  Respected worldwide for her knowledge and breadth of experience, Kathy not only loves to share her expertise in travel but actually will create and take you to fabulous destinations worldwide. She will be developing travel partners and marketing opportunities for W&W and creates customized travel itineraries for members.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     Scott Rozic  - Outsourced web technology partner at Palladium. Scott is the acting director of web technology and web strategy at W&W and will strategically manage the company's technology platform, and oversee the integration of technology, operations and marketing in a seamless way as the company. His team has been instrumental in re-launching the website and executing on the vision to expand the Women & Wine offerings on the web.

Eric Holcomb - Chief Engineer, Women & Wine Radio  Eric Holcomb is our go-to guy when it comes to getting those weekly radio programs to sound great on i-tunes and voiceamerica.com. His passion for his family and investing in companies that are dedicated to renewing and preserving the environment.
